Humana is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Medicare Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify and engage prospective candidates, building robust talent pipelines to support our mission of putting health first.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Medicare team stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with targeted positions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and generate qualified leads across multiple markets.
- Source candidates for critical roles, including Registered Nurses and Medical Directors, within diverse geographic areas.
- Conduct comprehensive research on the competitive landscape, educational institutions, professional associations, and market intelligence.
- Accurately input and manage detailed candidate documentation within the CRM database.
- Triage and respond to inquiries from sourcing platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team.
- Analyze market trends, including compensation data, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Boolean search techniques.
- Proactively partner with recruiters to anticipate and meet evolving business needs.
- Manage and maintain all job postings across sourcing platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience with proven success developing and executing effective strategies.
- Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Experience running Boolean searches.
- Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability to quickly learn different systems and databases.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous clinical sourcing experience.
- Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries.
- Previous CRM experience.

- Annual salary range: $86,300 - $118,700.
