Nidec America Corporation is looking for a Regional Sales Administrator to serve as a key operational point of contact. In this remote role, you will interface directly with sales management, customers, and offshore teams to resolve issues and coordinate activities within the territory.
What You'll Do
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
- Handle order entry, billing, and customer forecast/planning management
- Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt
- Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
- Monitor and resolve overdue invoices in a timely manner
- Set up new customers in SAP and Salesforce
- Produce daily and monthly sales reports
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ years of work experience
- Strong business system and application experience, particularly with SAP and Excel
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations
