About the Role

The position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the regional sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and timely delivery of customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely responses

  • Coordinate communication between sales representatives and internal departments

  • Respond to internal data requests from finance and operations
  • Track sales incentive program eligibility and payouts
  • Assist with preparation of client presentations
  • Manage travel logistics for regional sales staff
  • Coordinate renewal processes for customer contracts
  • Facilitate communication during product launches
