Broadcom is looking for a Mfg Ops Support 1 to provide critical support for manufacturing operations. This role focuses specifically on the Wire Bond process within the COB (Chip-on-Board) Line, ensuring efficient production and quality.
What You'll Do
- Support daily manufacturing operations on the COB Line
- Focus on tasks and processes related to the Wire Bond operation
- Monitor and assist with production quality and workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing operations or support role
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly or Chip-on-Board processes
- Understanding of Wire Bond equipment and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment
