Responsibilities
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for functions including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Create and maintain robust pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Shape sourcing approaches for various roles by testing and refining channels, messaging, and targeting.
- Work directly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize modern AI tools and sourcing platforms to enhance speed, scale, and quality of sourcing efforts.
- Design and test new sourcing strategies using AI-enabled workflows and automation.
