TensorOps is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to drive our growth by owning critical hiring pipelines across Tech, GTM, and Operations in the USA. You will act as a strategic individual contributor embedded with hiring managers and leadership to shape a world-class team during this high-growth phase.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for critical hiring pipelines across Tech, GTM, and Operations in the USA.
- Operate as a strategic individual contributor embedded with hiring managers and leadership.
- Collaborate closely on People Ops initiatives like onboarding, internal events, and interview training.
- Build an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep sourcing expertise across multiple platforms with creative, targeted outreach strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics.
- Strong understanding of the Las Vegas talent landscape, including local compliance and employment practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in multiple skills verticals.
- Stress-tested ways of implementing AI & automation to hiring pipelines & processes.
