LocalStack is looking for a Senior/Talent Partner with a focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring to help us grow our team. As a Series A startup, we are seeking someone to own the recruitment process for key roles that drive our market expansion.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, including sales, marketing, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates globally.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and team objectives.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and manage a positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical or GTM recruiting, ideally within a startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for sales, marketing, business development, or related functions.
- Strong ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
