Zipline is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruitment, embed into client teams, and manage multiple searches independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative company that values expertise, creativity, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for leadership, sales and marketing roles or technical and product roles
- Embed into client teams and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively to meet competing deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of channels
- Apply structured, repeatable recruiting processes that enable speed, consistency, and strong outcomes
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully with candidates and clients at all times
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
- Take full accountability for search progress, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong in-house recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in either sales and marketing recruiting or technical recruiting
- Experience supporting leadership and executive-level searches
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand how hiring decisions impact the broader organization
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
- A self-directed, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and move quickly
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, professional communication style
