Move is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to embed on a contract basis at leading scale-ups as part of a squad of talent experts. You will be responsible for driving the internal recruitment lifecycle, building out teams, and using a data-driven approach to ensure high-quality hires and a great candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive the internal end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure a high-quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires.
- Maintain a world-class candidate experience.
- Build out teams in a variety of business units.
- Use a data-driven approach to hiring and educate hiring managers on best practices.
- Show hiring managers under the hood and bring them along on the journey.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of success in internal or embedded talent acquisition.
- Expert-level sourcing skills on LinkedIn recruiter.
- Experience scaling teams in-house.
- You know how to look at metrics, translate them into actionable insights, and plan ahead.
- You have the right balance of AM & PM skills with an added layer of strategic nous.
- You are super proactive and comfortable in a hyper-growth environment.
- You are currently based in the United Kingdom.
