Graphite is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our teams and shape our company culture. You will be a data-driven recruiter passionate about building seamless hiring processes and having a significant impact on employee experiences. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in North America, Latin America, or Europe.

What You'll Do

Create and track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics.
Own and manage recruitment data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and integrity across the hiring funnel.
Design and maintain HR and recruiting dashboards for real-time visibility into key hiring metrics and pipeline health.
Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
Create effective job postings and develop a network with passive candidates.
Help establish and map the full recruitment cycle.
Set up interviews and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Follow up with all interviewed candidates and assist with scheduling phone pre-screens.
Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs and build a seamless interview process.
Develop strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds.

What We're Looking For

5+ years experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions in a corporate environment.
Verbal and written fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience hiring a wide variety of roles across both tech and non-tech functions and a broad scope of seniority.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and experience with data reporting.

Nice to Have

Digital marketing and technical recruiting experience.
