Genesis is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a world-class recruiting team for our fast-growing AI companionship startup. You will own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles globally and help shape our recruiting processes and culture.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across global markets.
- Build scalable, data-informed recruiting processes from scratch.
- Source candidates beyond LinkedIn using networks, partnerships, and creative channels.
- Track and improve funnel efficiency through hiring metrics and insights.
- Actively shape the culture of a fast-scaling, mission-driven startup.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in talent acquisition.
- Experience with international hiring.
- Fluent in English interviews.
- Proven ability to build pipelines through creative sourcing methods.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruiting metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proactive mindset — adaptable, independent, and outcome-focused.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of ex-consultant profiles (Big-3 / Big-4).
- Familiarity with performance marketing and related talent profiles.
