What You'll Do
Manage a dynamic portfolio of 10 to 20+ active job openings, primarily supporting Sales Operations and corporate functions such as finance, marketing, HR, and analytics. Guide each role through the complete hiring lifecycle—from initial intake discussions to offer stage—ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct structured phone interviews to assess professional experience, technical abilities, and role fit. Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively build talent pipelines and identify qualified candidates in competitive markets.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, refine candidate profiles, and shape effective recruitment strategies—especially for positions tied to revenue-facing teams. Deliver insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and time-to-fill benchmarks to support strategic decisions.
Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders by sharing regular updates on candidate progress, interview feedback, and hiring status. Maintain accurate records in Workday and HiredScore, upholding high standards of data quality and process efficiency.
Track performance against key recruiting metrics including requisition load, time-to-hire, and conversion rates. Operate effectively within a structured, high-volume environment while delivering a positive and professional experience for every applicant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience of 6+ years
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles
- Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate positions, particularly in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Sales Support
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as medtech or healthcare within mid-to-large organizations (1,000+ employees) or agency environments serving enterprise clients
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Workday and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, or HiredScore
- Preference given to candidates located in EST or CST time zones
