Clear Capital | CubiCasa is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Observability and Windows systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for our enterprise-scale infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable observability platforms for Windows-centric and hybrid environments.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Analyze system metrics and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Automate observability tasks and configuration management to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SLOs/SLAs and improve system reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on Windows environments.
- Proven expertise in implementing enterprise observability solutions (monitoring, logging, APM).
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server ecosystem, Active Directory, and related services.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
Nice to Have
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in a Windows context.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Familiarity with security monitoring and compliance frameworks.
- Background in site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.

- Observability: Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
- Automation: PowerShell, Python, Terraform
