Teamwork Corporate is hiring a Senior Supply Chain & Operations Consultant to support a leading manufacturing client in driving performance improvement initiatives. You will lead transformation efforts and provide hands-on operational support to deliver measurable, data-driven business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead supply chain and operations improvement projects from assessment through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct end-to-end business process mapping and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop current-state and target-state process models, including clear governance and accountability structures.
- Identify performance gaps and cost optimization levers across planning, procurement, inventory management, production coordination, and logistics.
- Drive structured project management activities including planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, logistics, planning, finance) to enhance operational performance and cost efficiency.
- Provide hands-on operational support when required, contributing directly to performance analysis, issue resolution, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of KPIs and operational data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement best practices, digital tools, and process enhancements to improve supply chain and operational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or operations consulting, or senior operational roles within manufacturing.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, process re-design, and operating model definition.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data, structure problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable performance and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels.
Nice to Have
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or supply chain (CSCP, CPIM).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or similar).
- Exposure to ERP systems, digital supply chain tools, or advanced analytics solutions.
