Team Consulting is hiring a Senior Strategy and Innovation Consultant to join our Front End Innovation team. Reporting to the Head of Front End Innovation, you will provide strategic leadership and research support for our healthcare-focused advisory, consulting, and pre-development projects.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and research support to advisory, consulting, and pre-development healthcare-focused projects.
- Liaise directly with clients, develop and promote the company's reputation, respond to enquiries, and convert opportunities.
- Take a lead role on projects providing strategic advice and managing time and budget for international clients and senior stakeholders.
- Plan and facilitate strategy workshops (onsite and remote) with clients and colleagues.
- Organize and participate in primary and secondary research and analysis across technical, user, and commercial subject areas to support strategic recommendations.
- Lead FEI projects including client liaison, supplier management, leading multidisciplinary teams, budget management, and project logistics.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging networks and developing client relationships.
- Represent the company in marketing campaigns, thought leadership, client meetings, and proposal planning.
- Work with the Head of FEI to monitor trends, develop thought leadership content, and identify new opportunities to grow FEI capabilities.
- Conduct technology landscaping via secondary research to map, scout, and assess enabling technologies and devices.
- Perform competitor/commercial analysis via secondary research including competitor profiling, market sizing, and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Conduct market insights research by identifying and engaging KOLs, patients, and healthcare professionals, and analyzing findings.
- Facilitate workshops by preparing content, stimulus, and presentation material for remote and face-to-face sessions with client groups.

- A 2.1 or higher degree in a relevant technical subject (e.g., STEM, Design).
- Significant experience in a medical/life-science focused consultant, research, or technical role.
- Project management experience.
- Experience and knowledge in strategic consulting.

Team & Environment
This role is part of the FEI team, reporting directly to the Head of Front End Innovation.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position, with locations in the UK and Overseas.
