Responsibilities
- Lead front-end innovation initiatives, managing client communication, supplier coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership while overseeing budgets, logistics, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive marketing and business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to proposals, campaigns, and industry representation.

- Conduct secondary research to identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and devices that align with client objectives.
- Analyze competitive and commercial landscapes through research on market size, competitor strategies, and potential licensing or acquisition targets.
- Gather market insights by identifying and engaging key opinion leaders, patients, and healthcare professionals using diverse research methods, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
- Design and lead interactive workshops—both virtual and in-person—by preparing content, facilitating collaboration, and guiding senior client teams through strategic activities.
