Speech Graphics & Rapport is hiring a Senior Strategic Account Executive

As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end revenue process, driving enterprise adoption through consultative selling and strategic relationship building. Your focus will be on creating new opportunities using data-informed outreach, guiding prospects from first contact through negotiation, contract finalization, and into long-term growth phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage a high-velocity pipeline by applying targeted outbound strategies to reach organizations that align with our AI product suite.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement to close, ensuring alignment on value propositions, delivering product demonstrations, and coordinating contract execution.
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies to grow initial deployments into broader enterprise usage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine sales methodologies, messaging, and internal processes for scalable growth.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback that shapes product direction and strengthens market positioning.
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy in HubSpot, ensuring forecasting reliability and full visibility into customer progression.
  • Develop strong internal partnerships across customer success, creative, and technical teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
  • Interpret market trends, industry shifts, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Transform complex technical and industry information into clear, visually engaging materials tailored for executive audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fast-paced sales environments, particularly within technology or SaaS startups.
  • Demonstrated success in selling AI or software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Track record of expanding early-stage implementations into large-scale contracts.
  • Strong ability to qualify leads quickly and advance deals efficiently.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales, including C-suite engagement and contract negotiation.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, with a focus on data integrity and forecasting precision.
  • In-depth familiarity with AI technologies or enterprise SaaS offerings.
  • Strategic thinker with strong narrative skills to simplify technical concepts into compelling business outcomes.
