Deckers Brands is looking for a Senior Store Manager for UGG to lead a store within a district while taking on additional district-wide responsibilities. You will coordinate plans in people development, sales, payroll, inventory, and budgets, ensuring the highest level of customer service and driving key business initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage store staff, delegate workload effectively, and motivate teams to increase sales and improve efficiencies.
- Support the District Manager in identifying and interviewing management candidates, conducting appraisals, and building bench strength.
- Mentor and provide support to Store Managers within the district.
- Drive improvements in store operations, manage stock levels, and make key decisions about stock control.
- Support the District Manager in managing store budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Promote and monitor quality of customer service among staff through training and acting as a role model.
- Write performance evaluations and goal assessments for store management and ensure all associates receive reviews.
- Maintain awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention programs to protect inventory and assets.
- Foster open communication between stores and corporate business partners.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 years of retail store management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
Technical Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Team & Environment
You will manage a store within a district and support the District Manager, reporting directly to them.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $87,000.00 - $125,000.00
