We are recruiting a seasoned Sr Staff Product Marketing Manager with extensive cybersecurity expertise and robust regional market knowledge to lead product marketing strategy for the EMEA region. This pivotal role will accelerate growth by adapting global product narratives, influencing go-to-market strategies, and deeply understanding regional customer requirements. The position bridges product, marketing, sales, and regional leadership. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you'll shape local strategy for identity, authentication, and Extended Access Management offerings, including Enterprise Password Manager, identity-based access tools, and developer security products. You'll serve as a market-maker and regional voice, influencing product direction through customer insights, ensuring sales alignment, and driving regional product messaging across enterprise, developer, and consumer audiences. This position is remote (UK preferred but open to EMEA region candidates). Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related technical field - Product marketing/cybersecurity certifications - Cybersecurity vendor experience in identity, PAM, passwordless, or endpoint security Experience & Expertise: - 8+ years B2B SaaS product marketing experience - Proven EMEA go-to-market success - Deep identity and access security understanding - Enterprise security solution experience Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: - Product direction influence - Cross-stakeholder alignment capabilities - Remote-first environment management Communication & Storytelling: - Strong technical communication skills - English fluency; additional European languages preferred Responsibilities include: - Developing EMEA-specific product marketing strategy - Leading regional product launches - Conducting customer research - Competitive landscape monitoring - Creating compelling solution narratives - Enabling sales teams - Representing the organization as a thought leader Cultural Values: We prioritize collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
