About the Role

Smith+Nephew is hiring a Senior Sports Med Territory Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives for our SPM product portfolio in the assigned Wielkopolska territory. The successful candidate will be integral to expanding our market presence, focusing on strategic growth and exceptional customer partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Sell the SPM product portfolio to achieve and exceed territory sales targets, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, and competitor activities, to create strategic growth plans.
  • Provide regular and quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities, offering actionable insights.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with both existing and potential new clients to foster expansion.
  • Deliver technical advice and training to customers on our products, ensuring high user competence and satisfaction.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries promptly to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Smith+Nephew to leverage cross-business opportunities within the territory.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in English at a good level and excellent communication skills.
  • A self-directed, self-motivated individual with learning agility and persistence in overcoming challenges.
  • Strong collaborative abilities and a results-oriented mindset focused on achievement.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the National Sales Manager Sport Medicine.
