What You'll Do
Manage operational workflows tied to property administration and financial reporting, primarily through MRI ERP. Create, maintain, and revise contracts and lease records with precision, ensuring alignment across systems including SMART. Process financial inputs tailored to client requirements and support accurate reporting.
Prepare statutory filings such as Form R1A(N) for the Rating & Valuation Department and generate property tax returns based on general ledger data. Coordinate consistently with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations. Respond to ad-hoc requests efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities in a structured, high-performance setting.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Bring at least six years of experience in a large-scale corporate environment
- Demonstrate proficiency with MRI ERP, PC applications, and lease management systems like SMART
- Show strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills in English
- Work effectively under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and collaborate as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with spoken and listened Cantonese is considered an asset.
