Celestica is hiring a Senior Specialist, IT Solutions to provide critical business, process, and technical expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro). In this role, you will support teams that design and deliver IT solutions, ensuring quality and managing key relationships.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop workbooks and document technical design specifications.
- Act as an individual contributor or senior specialist, segregating work into user stories for development teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders including IT, business partners, and internal/external communities to align on solution strategy.
- Provide solution architecture and guidance in your selected area of responsibility, such as Shop Floor, IT, SCM, or Operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing and developing composite workbooks in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Ability to author workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, and automation chains.
- Skills in authoring or enhancing scorecards and dashboards.
- Exposure to Control set configurations, Planning Calendars, and PDR customizations.
- Experience enhancing existing workbooks as per business needs and performing regression testing.
- Knowledge of RR Data Governance and Data Model.
- Ability to create functional specifications, technical specification documents, and associated testing scenarios.
- Good knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, including Forecasting, Inventory Management, MRP, and Production Scheduling.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall development/project methodologies.
- Ability to perform technical execution of solutions, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, and deployment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of scripting, Forms, and web services.
- Kinaxis Rapid Response certifications.
- Kinaxis Author Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
