The Implementation Consultant acts as the main liaison for partners during onboarding and integration with the platform. This role ensures a seamless transition by managing technical and operational setup, coordinating internal teams, and delivering training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Lead partners through the onboarding process to ensure a successful shift to the platform
- Work with internal departments to meet implementation deadlines and milestones
- Offer expert advice and assistance on both technical and operational components of the system
- Detect and resolve obstacles or challenges that occur during onboarding
- Deliver training programs to ensure partners can effectively use the platform
- Keep detailed records of implementation progress and all partner interactions
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a client-facing position, ideally within a technology or software organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of handling multiple projects and engaging with various stakeholders at once
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough results
- Familiarity with project management tools and standard methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
