LTIMindtree is looking for a Senior Specialist Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using .NET/.NET Core.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs using .NET/.NET Core.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
- Build SQL queries, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Integrate APIs securely and efficiently with internal and external services.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Work closely with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor application performance and production issues, proposing improvements.
- Maintain documentation for APIs, data models, and technical designs.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET, .NET Core backend development.
- Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Proficiency in C# object-oriented programming and clean coding practices.
- Solid experience with SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of Entity Framework and Dapper ORM frameworks.
- Experience designing modular, scalable, and secure backend services.
- Proficiency in debugging, optimizing APIs, and improving performance.
- Practical knowledge of unit testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MS-Test.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and collaborating with frontend, QA, and product teams.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, SQL Managed Instance, Service Bus).
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Understanding of API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerizing .NET applications.
- Exposure to logging monitoring frameworks such as Serilog, ELK, or App Insights.
- Basic knowledge of frontend integration and API consumption patterns.
