About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Support to join our Membership & Personalisation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering organizational, communication, and operational support to the M&P program and its governance, ensuring smooth business operations and effective stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Own the M&P Program Governance calendar, managing and prioritizing meetings, events, and communications.
  • Lead the preparation of M&P Program materials and presentations for leadership meetings, Town Halls, seminars, and collaboration meetings.
  • Drive and coordinate the M&P Program stakeholder communication plan to ensure regular business updates.
  • Coordinate key M&P business meetings; plan and schedule events, prepare agendas and materials, communicate minutes, and maintain action logs.
  • Provide operational support for program governance, including investment forums, steering groups, and work streams.
  • Provide business support, including calendar and travel management, for the Vice President of Membership & Personalisation and Vice President of Trade & Shopper Marketing.
  • Support Global Core Processes (People, Finance & Comms) and ad-hoc projects, including system and PO support and tracking spending.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant role within a complex, global organisation with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Experience leading business program support and operations efficiently and effectively.
  • A high level of expertise in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to independently plan and manage your own work, producing high-quality results within given timeframes.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and communication capabilities.
  • Excel at communicating with senior stakeholders, conveying simple recommendations based on solid analysis.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
  • A positive, solution-oriented team player who can also work independently, set clear direction, and excels at stakeholder management and influencing.

Team & Environment

You'll be part of the Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Central Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Membership & Personalisation.

Work Mode

This role operates on a hybrid basis and is located at our Copenhagen HUB.
