Bitsight is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for our sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and deep technical engagement with customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead pre-sales activities, including standard product demonstrations for core products and answering technical questions.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of Bitsight's product suite, use cases, and methodology principles.
- Conduct Proof of Concept demonstrations.
- Assist with RFP development.
- Take on assigned tasks for the Solutions Engineering team, such as reviewing documents like PoC guides, marketing collateral, and RFP content.
- Confidently lead customer conversations, overcoming negativity convincingly.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in technical security software, risk technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
- 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in intelligence entities, military, or cyber groups.
- Understanding of threat actor behavior, the dark web, and persona management.
- Strong client-facing skills, including meeting and presenting to clients.
- Strong commercial skills with an understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Potential travel requirement of 10-20%.

This role is global, with opportunities in Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, or remote.
