About the Role
The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for driving the adoption of our security-focused software solutions within enterprise customers in the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves working closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to prospective enterprise customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Conduct proof of concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFPs and security assessments.
- Engage with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to enhance our value proposition.
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and training programs.
- Provide technical support during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
- Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks during the sales process.
- Work with the marketing team to create content that highlights our technical capabilities.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer requirements and market demands.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our security-focused software solutions.
- Work with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise during customer negotiations and contract discussions.
- Contribute to the development of technical sales strategies and tactics.
- Ensure that all technical deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
