About the Role
The Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of data systems that power pharmacy services and analytics. This role ensures data is structured, secure, and accessible to support operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

- Document data architecture decisions and patterns
- Troubleshoot data integration issues
- Mentor data engineers and analysts
- Align data strategy with business goals
- Monitor data system performance and reliability
- Implement metadata management practices
- Facilitate data sharing across departments
- Ensure high availability of critical data assets
- Lead data quality assessment programs
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources
- Design secure access controls for sensitive data
- Support cloud data platform migration
- Apply data encryption and masking techniques

- Work with product teams to understand data needs
