About the Role
This role focuses on acquiring new clients by engaging directly with merchants and business owners in the Medellin area, educating them about services, and supporting onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business partners in assigned territories
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present service offerings
- Explain product benefits tailored to each merchant’s needs
- Support new clients during onboarding and setup
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and resolve concerns
- Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Build trust with business owners through consistent communication
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve field strategies
- Stay updated on product changes and company updates
- Represent the brand professionally during all field visits
- Navigate neighborhoods and business districts efficiently
- Handle objections with clear, factual responses
- Promote adoption of digital financial tools among small businesses
- Ensure compliance with operational and security protocols
- Use mobile tools to log activities and update client status
- Report challenges encountered during field operations
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Contribute to local market expansion goals
