Lead technical strategy for high-impact clients in law enforcement, national security, and finance by designing tailored implementations of a cutting-edge blockchain intelligence platform. In this role, you'll bridge technical depth with client needs, guiding prospects and customers from discovery through integration.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of client solutions—translate requirements into system designs, customize platform features, integrate APIs, and support testing and training to ensure adoption.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, capturing complex needs and shaping solution architecture accordingly.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities and API integrations, advising on implementation paths, timelines, and risk mitigation aligned with client objectives.
- Produce clear, actionable integration assets—API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides—delivered rapidly to accelerate onboarding.
- Build trust with client engineering teams, offering hands-on support during integration and resolving technical blockers efficiently.
- Stay ahead of product evolution, aligning client demands with roadmap developments and advocating for key enhancements.
- Respond to urgent technical issues with practical workarounds, such as data exports or temporary scripts, while long-term fixes are implemented.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles—such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer—for SaaS and API-driven platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience customizing and scaling SaaS products in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to build proofs of concept or prototype integrations.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently, with sharp attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
- Familiarity with OSINT tools and public sector technology environments.
- Experience with AI development is a strong plus.
Environment & Expectations
This is a fully remote role with team coordination across global locations including the U.S., U.K., and Singapore. The team operates in a distributed-first model with core overlap hours in EST. You’ll work in a fast-moving, high-ownership culture where priorities evolve quickly and ambiguity is common. Success requires adaptability, initiative, and comfort with iterative problem solving.
Collaboration happens primarily through asynchronous channels—Slack and documentation—with regular syncs to align on customer progress and health. You’ll be expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and contribute to a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
