Innovatrics is hiring a Senior Solution Manager for our Criminal Justice Cluster. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the solution strategy, owning roadmaps, and driving global business impact. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to align engineering with sales, compliance, and customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Get familiar with the Criminal Justice portfolio, technical architecture, and solutions landscape.
- Understand Innovatrics' strategy for Criminal Justice for the next 3 years.
- Build relationships with engineering, platform, revenue, and leadership teams.
- Shadow product and solution strategy sessions to understand how high-level goals are translated into solution roadmaps.
- Meet with sales, presales, and customers to grasp core use cases and pain points.
- Understand the global Criminal Justice ecosystem and its complexity across regions and partners.
- Understand 'what matters' for customers and the solution (NIST benchmarks, UI/UX, business models) and Innovatrics' current positioning.
- Take ownership of the different solutions roadmaps within the Criminal Justice Cluster and align them with product and business strategy.
- Drive priorities across technical, business, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Work with the revenue organization to define and support go-to-market, demos, licensing models, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Communicate regularly to management on Cluster market penetration, revenue generation, and roadmap completion.
- Lead end-to-end ownership of major solutions initiatives.
- Shape long-term Cluster strategy, balancing innovation and market readiness.
- Deepen cross-functional collaboration across engineering, revenue, and partner ecosystems and meet with customers.
- Contribute significantly to business impact and Innovatrics Criminal Justice Cluster portfolio growth and influence over the global ecosystem.
- Represent Innovatrics' knowledge and expertise by participating as a speaker, panelist, or demonstrator at relevant industry events and exhibitions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solution or Product Manager in the Criminal Justice Sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Law Enforcement Ecosystem, its challenges, and various verticals.
- Business-oriented mindset, responsible for the Cluster Revenue across its various solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with engineering, revenue, partners, and customers.
- Strategic thinker with a data-informed mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with excellent communication.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Chief Solution Officer.
Benefits & Compensation

- Base salary starts at €5,000 gross per month (for Slovakia, Bratislava).
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid model, based at our Bratislava HQ.
