Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical advisor to enterprise partners, shaping the technical roadmap for successful implementation.
- Collaborate on the development of new products by testing and refining solutions with key partners to ensure reliability prior to large-scale deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end technical partnership lifecycle, including leading advanced feature integrations and overseeing project timelines.
- Address critical technical issues by performing in-depth root cause analysis and resolving integration obstacles proactively to protect partner revenue.
- Use SQL, Python, or similar tools to collect, analyze, and visualize complex data, transforming it into actionable insights that support partner KPI achievement.
- Convert partner input into clear technical specifications for internal product teams to enable global scalability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for major enterprise accounts, maintaining relationships with senior leaders across product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Lead high-level technical conversations, handle escalations, and actively monitor and improve overall account health.
