Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or four years of equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of eight years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, with preference for PostgreSQL
- Professional experience using a JVM-based language, particularly Scala, in production environments
- Familiarity with development tools including Git, Jenkins, and Docker
- Demonstrated experience working with both relational and non-relational database systems
- Understanding of commercial CRM platforms and integration patterns
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in collaborative settings
- Proven background in continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Experience practicing test-driven development and using automated testing tools
- Background in building and maintaining real-time systems supporting hundreds of concurrent users, especially in call center environments
- Proficiency in using version control systems effectively
- Production-level experience operating and managing applications on Kubernetes
- Track record of successfully collaborating with teams based in the United States
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
- Must currently live within or no more than 150 km from Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune
- Availability to align with core US business hours, specifically Eastern Standard Time
- Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, along with a quiet workspace
