We’re seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to help design and build high-performing web applications for clients across industries. This role is fully remote, with team members distributed throughout Latin America, and offers flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
- Write clean, testable code with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, system design, and continuous integration workflows using tools like Jenkins and Git
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help improve engineering standards across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack development with open-source technologies
- Strong command of Python and object-oriented programming principles
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Frontend proficiency with React or comparable libraries
- Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker), infrastructure automation, and AWS services
- Solid understanding of software fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, and testing practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins

- Background in SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments
- Exposure to B2B financial technology, asset management, or related domains
