Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality code for complex scenarios with thorough test coverage.
- Analyze and convert product requirements into robust designs for distributed application systems that are modular, configurable, reusable, fast, effective, user-friendly, secure, compliant, scalable, and maintainable.
- Lead design and code reviews across multiple applications to enforce best practices, compliance with company standards, and high quality.
- Guide the sprint team in delivering new or enhanced features, resolving any obstacles to ensure high-quality solutions in the sprint backlog.
- Work with other teams and stakeholders to guarantee successful delivery of intended functionality.
- Mentor and offer technical guidance to fellow engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
