Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software systems
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature requirements
- Own end-to-end development of core application modules
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Improve build and deployment processes
- Ensure compatibility across platforms and devices
- Maintain documentation for systems and workflows
- Drive adoption of modern development tools and frameworks
- Participate in architectural planning and technical roadmap sessions
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions
- Support accessibility and internationalization efforts
- Evaluate third-party libraries and integrations
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Electron or desktop application frameworks
- Familiarity with WebAssembly or low-level performance tuning
