About the Role

The role involves delivering civil engineering solutions for renewable energy developments, including site assessments, design documentation, and construction support across various project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site evaluations for renewable energy installations
  • Develop civil design plans and technical drawings
  • Perform grading and earthwork analysis
  • Support stormwater management and drainage design
  • Review project specifications and construction documents
  • Coordinate with environmental and geotechnical specialists
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in permitting processes for renewable developments
  • Prepare cost estimates and construction schedules
  • Conduct field inspections during construction phases
  • Collaborate with structural and electrical engineering teams
  • Utilize CAD and civil engineering software tools
  • Produce site layout plans and access road designs
  • Evaluate construction bid proposals
  • Support sustainable design practices and environmental goals
  • Manage multiple tasks under project deadlines
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
