Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness across devices
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production systems
- Work closely with QA to ensure high test coverage and reliability
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term platform stability
- Integrate analytics to inform product improvements
- Maintain security and data privacy standards in all implementations
- Drive adoption of modern tools and frameworks within the team
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in front-end components
