About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals to ensure consistent implementation
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation
- Provide direct therapy sessions when necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Support transitions between treatment settings
- Assist in the development of educational materials for families
- Coordinate with schools and external providers
- Promote skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living domains
- Use applied behavior analysis principles in all interventions
- Respond to behavioral emergencies with appropriate protocols
- Conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and licensing requirements
- Engage in professional development activities
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Support program accreditation efforts
