- Design, build, and evolve endpoint agents deployed on millions of Windows and macOS devices globally.
- Develop reliable, high-performance C++ software that operates close to the operating system, prioritizing efficiency, stability, and quality.
- Own impactful features from product requirements through production rollout, including observability and measurable outcomes.
- Address complex cross-platform challenges in real-world environments by investigating deep OS-level issues across diverse customer fleets.
- Continuously improve the performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of the agents, contributing to technology that operates at global endpoint scale.
