As the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end social strategy for a direct-to-consumer brand, driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through innovative content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and brand building.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute a scalable social media strategy across short-form video platforms
- Develop content roadmaps tied to product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates across organic and paid channels
- Translate scientific concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand messaging for broad audiences
- Write compelling creative briefs that inspire strong performance from creators
- Build and manage a structured creator program with an emphasis on long-term relationships
- Review and refine user-generated content to improve hooks, clarity, and conversion potential
- Analyze performance data to identify top formats and optimize future content
- Collaborate with paid media teams to scale winning organic content into high-performing ads
- Develop SOPs and workflows to increase content velocity and team efficiency
- Train and mentor junior team members and freelance creators on brand guidelines and storytelling
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement, retention, shares, click-through rates, and revenue attribution
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media for DTC, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands
- Proven success growing audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video platforms
- Experience managing UGC and influencer partnerships with a focus on performance
- Strong grasp of short-form storytelling, including hook development and retention tactics
- Skill in turning analytics into actionable creative decisions
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, especially with paid media
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics
- Experience building content systems, managing teams, and scaling production
- Confidence providing clear, constructive creative feedback
