About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Meta, and Pinterest.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rates, search ranking, and profitability.
  • Identify potential in new marketplaces and product categories to expand reach and market share.
  • Create and refine product listings with compelling content, strong keywords, and optimized visuals to improve conversion.
  • Apply search engine optimization techniques tailored to each marketplace’s algorithm and user behavior.
  • Maintain consistent branding and product information across all online channels.
  • Design pricing models that balance competitiveness with healthy profit margins.
  • Launch promotional campaigns, time-limited discounts, and platform-specific offers to boost demand.
  • Regularly assess performance data and adjust tactics to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze metrics like sales volume, click-through rates, and listing quality to guide decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies based on real-time market shifts.
  • Review competitor activity across platforms and adjust pricing, promotions, and product selection accordingly.
  • Improve operational workflows for listing updates, product rollouts, and pricing adjustments.
  • Integrate automation tools and technology solutions to scale operations efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in how products appear and are managed across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on product launches and promotional calendars.
  • Report performance results, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and department stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing product presence on third-party marketplaces, especially Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.
  • Solid understanding of digital merchandising, SEO, and e-commerce platform dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategy.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools, marketplace analytics dashboards, and automation software.
  • Ability to work across departments to align goals and execute coordinated campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and operational precision.
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and scaling performance across platforms.
