Abe The Agency is hiring a Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist to architect and manage LinkedIn advertising strategies for our B2B clients. In this remote role based in Canada, you will work directly with mid-market and enterprise accounts, owning strategy, execution, and optimization to deliver clear outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and lead a portfolio of Social Media advertising accounts.
- Serve as the direct point of support for client contacts.
- Conduct weekly communication with vendors and partners to align on tasks and quality.
- Build and refine client strategies on a quarterly basis.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Provide fractional marketing support for internal agency initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's positioning and unique value proposition.
- Confirm lead routing accuracy within client CRM systems.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization effectively.
- Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met.
- Understand and leverage the value of Programmatic campaigns.
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and your professional network.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience at a performance or digital marketing agency.
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units like conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
- Proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
- Ability to delegate effectively to junior team members.
- Strong grasp of Paid principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience measuring and driving results via OCT.
- Proven skill in audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Demonstrable success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Skill in translating strategy and telling stories with data.
- A competitive and curious problem solver.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client.
