HII is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph. This position offers the flexibility to be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the migration of legacy SharePoint environments (e.g., SharePoint SE/2016/2019) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 services to enhance collaboration and document management.
- Ensure all solutions align with agency governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions using the appropriate SharePoint web parts and a combination of workflows and Web Development technologies.
- Lead enterprise migrations.
- Implement and deploy custom SharePoint features to enhance out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality.
What We're Looking For
- 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 7 years relevant experience with a Master’s in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- 7+ years experience developing solutions on SharePoint with 4+ years focused on SharePoint Online/SPFx and Power Platform.
- 5+ years of professional development experience using .Net technologies with C# and ASP.Net.
- Expert proficiency with SharePoint SE/2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer and Power Platform.
- Extensive experience with workflow development with proficiency in Nintex Automation (K2).
- SharePoint development experience using PowerShell, Windows Workflow Foundation, and Excel services.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Visual Studio for implementing local and enterprise-wide enhancements and features.
- Ability to lead enterprise migrations.
- Experience implementing Power Automate workflows at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with leadership and customer when needed.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a USPS Sensitive Clearance.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or related Microsoft certifications.
- Power Platform certifications (Power Apps, Power Automate).
