Trinity Health Corporation is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote role focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will lead the development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, with a deep focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, while supporting a range of modules including ITSM, ITAM, DevOps, and SecOps.
What You'll Do
- Configure and optimize MID Servers, credentials, probes, and sensors for secure Discovery across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain dynamic and static service maps to support CMDB accuracy, incident resolution, and change impact analysis.
- Roll out Event Management and integrate with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Develop custom scripts, patterns, and integrations to support ITOM workflows using Integration Hub ETL, Service Graph Connectors, and Apigee.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to align discovered data with operational needs.
- Support development across modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITAM (Hardware/Software Asset Management), and SecOps (Security Incident Response).
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
- Maintain and enhance Service Portal and CMS components.
- Perform instance management, update set promotion, and release coordination.
- Assist with reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analytics.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for platform issues.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or certification in healthcare or IT and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant technology experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Advanced to expert technical proficiency with relevant programming languages, applications, tools, and utilities.

- Proven ability to design system-wide, integrated solutions with other specialists and architects.
- Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing healthcare software applications, interfaces, and clinical applications.

- Ability to provide routine mentoring and technical guidance to support staff.
- Ability to provide staff support for business and technical projects, assignments, and analysis.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, DevOps (Agile), and SecOps.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting.
- Experience creating update sets and managing deployments across multiple instances.
- Demonstrated understanding of service management processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $96,319.82 - $144,479.73
