About the Role
You will own and execute the global SEO and GEO strategy, driving sustainable organic growth across traditional and AI-powered search platforms while acting as the subject matter expert and embedding best practices across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global SEO and GEO strategy to drive long-term organic growth across conventional search engines and AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Copilot.
- Drive technical SEO improvements by identifying optimization opportunities, conducting audits, and collaborating with the Website Manager to enhance crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and overall search performance.
- Design and implement a scalable content strategy using keyword research, topic clustering, search intent analysis, and content optimization to build topical authority.
- Collaborate with Country Managers to define and execute international SEO strategies that maximize organic growth in local markets.
- Track, analyze, and continuously optimize SEO and GEO performance using clear KPIs, dashboards, and iterative experimentation.
- Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Brand & Content, Website, and Performance Marketing teams to integrate SEO and GEO best practices across the organization.
- Serve as the internal expert on SEO, GEO, and AI search, identifying emerging trends and translating industry developments into measurable business outcomes.
