Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior SEM Analyst to own paid search strategies across major platforms, directly impacting customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a remote-first opportunity with a focus on candidates in the LA Metro area.
What You'll Do
- Lead the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights that improve ROI and inform broader marketing strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and forecasts with precision to meet traffic, acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitive research to enhance campaign targeting.
- Drive a continuous cycle of A/B testing across ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to fuel performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, creative, data science) to ensure SEM efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed on algorithm changes and industry best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, analytics, statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns with recent experience in both Google and Bing Ads.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of experimentation design, CRO, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel and structured data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SMB or consumer brands, particularly in services or legal, is a plus.
- Google and Bing certifications are preferred.
