City IT is looking for a Senior Security Analyst specializing in Security Compliance to join our Global Information Security organization. You will be a key contributor to our compliance program within the North American region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute security compliance assessments and audits
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and controls documentation
- Analyze compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement remediation plans
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on impacts to the security program
- Prepare and present compliance reports for leadership and auditors
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a security compliance, audit, or governance role
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and regulatory standards
- Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable security controls
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Team & Environment
You'll be part of the Global Information Security team, specifically within the Information Security (North America) group.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in any US state. We operate in a global, distributed environment.
