Shape the resilience of global IT services by designing and advancing continuity and disaster recovery frameworks within a forward-thinking corporate environment. In this role, you will report directly to the Lead Resilience Officer and play a central role in safeguarding critical business functions during disruptive events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve governance models and strategic frameworks for IT Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery on a global scale.
- Lead risk assessments and business impact analyses to pinpoint essential IT services and their interdependencies.
- Guide internal teams and international sites in creating, updating, and testing continuity plans to ensure operational stability during crises.
- Coordinate and execute continuity exercises, simulations, and recovery drills across departments to validate plan effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with international regulations and standards, including NIS-2, ISO 22301, ISO 27031, NIST, ITIL, and BSI 200-4.
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with over five years of hands-on experience in business and IT continuity, backup and recovery, or IT operations within multinational organizations.
Essential competencies include a solid grasp of continuity and security standards, the ability to lead under pressure, and strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. German language proficiency is an asset but not required.
