Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping & Search and Bing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and structure to daily optimization.
- Strategically develop and scale the paid search advertising channel, shaping its long-term direction.
- Take full responsibility for significant advertising budgets, spending them as if they were your own.
- Optimize the search and shopping campaign portfolio end-to-end: structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and copy.
- Analyze performance data, surface insights, and translate them into concrete optimization actions.
- Own the annual budget plan and KPI framework; present results and strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and turn learnings into lasting improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to ensure campaign relevance and measurement accuracy.
- We actively encourage using AI tools, scripts, and automation to multiply your impact. If you've built smart workflows or experimented with LLMs in a marketing context - bring those ideas. We want to hear them!

Hybrid — Cologne. Our office is in Cologne. If you're nearby, great! If not, remote (within Germany) works just fine for day-to-day. That said, we do have team events and moments where being in the office matters, and we'd expect you to join those.
