About the Role
The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules with a focus on process accuracy, system efficiency, and client-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Configure Time Off accrual and absence management workflows
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate functional needs into technical system configurations
- Conduct system testing and resolve configuration issues
- Support integration between Employee Central and other SAP modules
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system setups
- Provide expertise during user acceptance testing phases
- Deliver training sessions to client teams on new functionalities
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
- Ensure compliance with global payroll and HR policies
- Work with cross-functional teams on data migration strategies
- Configure organizational structures and job classifications
- Set up time-off policies and leave types according to regional regulations
- Support change management processes during system rollouts
- Participate in agile project sprints and planning sessions
- Assist in validating system interfaces and data flows
- Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems
- Guide junior consultants on best practices in EC configuration
- Prepare system reports for client stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors release updates
- Customize workflows for approval hierarchies
- Support audit readiness and compliance checks
- Coordinate with external vendors during integration efforts
