Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing client engagements to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes
- Develop deep understanding of client goals and industry challenges
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic account management
- Identify opportunities for product and service expansion within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management
- Prepare and present business reviews and strategic plans
- Monitor account health and take action to mitigate risks
- Advocate for client needs internally to improve offerings
- Negotiate contract renewals and service extensions
- Track and report on key account performance metrics
- Coordinate responses to client escalations or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and plans
- Support onboarding of new clients when required
- Contribute to long-term account planning and forecasting
- Foster trust and credibility through consistent communication
- Stay informed about market trends impacting client operations
- Represent client interests in product development discussions
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and company capabilities
