About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with major clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success. The director will identify expansion opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing client engagements to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes
  • Develop deep understanding of client goals and industry challenges
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic account management
  • Identify opportunities for product and service expansion within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management
  • Prepare and present business reviews and strategic plans
  • Monitor account health and take action to mitigate risks
  • Advocate for client needs internally to improve offerings
  • Negotiate contract renewals and service extensions
  • Track and report on key account performance metrics
  • Coordinate responses to client escalations or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and plans
  • Support onboarding of new clients when required
  • Contribute to long-term account planning and forecasting
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent communication
  • Stay informed about market trends impacting client operations
  • Represent client interests in product development discussions
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and company capabilities
  • Promote adoption of advanced features and services
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure project success
  • Gather and share client feedback to inform business improvements
  • Support thought leadership initiatives with strategic accounts
  • Maintain compliance with contractual and data obligations
